Pascal's Baguette and Bagels began in 1993 as a small, sole-proprietorship in Toronto, Ontario continuing a Bagel/ Dessert making tradition that was started way back then By his grand father. Our pastry chef Pascal has travelled and apprenticed under the best chefs and returned to canada with the original recipes in hand and the passion to make a diffrence in the bakery business.



Today, Pascal's Baguette and Bagels has grown to become one of the most reputable Bakery/ Dessert suppliers in Toronto and the GTA area, still owned and operated by its founder with the same dedication and passion we succeed to outperform all others in the high-end dessert business by not cutting corners.
